I’m Beth Estrada — a healthcare executive, Copilot Champion, revenue recovery strategist, and published children’s author. My work spans the analytical and the aspirational. By day, I lead national initiatives in revenue optimization and payer compliance, recovering millions for hospital systems while building powerhouse teams rooted in transparency, grit, and trust.

Over the past two decades, I’ve led across multiple domains of healthcare administration — including reimbursement strategy, payer policy, compliance, clinical operations, and practice management. But what fuels me isn’t just precision — it’s purpose. I thrive on mentoring rising leaders, breaking down silos, and turning every challenge into a catalyst for transformation.

In my current role, I’m proud to serve as a Copilot Champion, driving enterprise-level adoption of ethical and effective AI tools. From claim evaluation to workflow efficiency, I help frontline and executive teams use AI with integrity and impact.

Outside of leadership consulting, I run Folded Page Publications, my independent imprint for bilingual children’s books that center courage, belonging, and resilience. It’s a creative outlet that reminds me why leadership matters — we’re building the world not just for ourselves, but for those who follow us.
